Mobile Hope will not accept court appointed volunteers if your crime involves any crimes against children. Mobile Hope will contact your probation/parole officer to verify the information you have provided on this application is correct. Mobile Hope reserves the right to terminate your volunteer service at any time. Mobile Hope reserves the right to conduct random alcohol and drug screenings during your service. If accepted into Mobile Hope’s court appointed volunteer program, you agree to maintain confidentiality. You also agree not to post to any social media platforms copies or computer sign in logs of your hours. You must provide transportation to and from your services dates. All information provided to Mobile Hope on this form with remain confidential.
